Booking & Setup
Most clients book several weeks to a few months ahead, especially for weekend dates and peak season. If your date is close, reach out anyway — we will let you know right away if it is available.
A typical setup works well in roughly a 10x10 ft area, and we can adapt to tighter spaces. Share your venue layout and we will recommend the best placement.
We usually arrive well before guests to set up and test everything, so the experience is ready the moment your event starts.
Yes, a standard power outlet within about 25 feet of the booth area is ideal. Let us know if your venue has any power restrictions and we will plan around them.
Yes, a trained attendant stays with the booth for the full rental period to help guests, keep everything running smoothly and troubleshoot on the spot.

Yes, as long as there is a flat surface, shelter from direct rain and access to power. We will review the layout with you beforehand to make sure the setup works.
We serve events across South Florida and surrounding areas. Travel beyond that may be possible depending on the date and setup. Tell us your venue and we will let you know.
Photos & Delivery
Guests receive their photos and videos instantly through text, AirDrop or QR code sharing right from the booth.
Yes. After the event you receive a full online gallery with every capture from the night, ready to download and share.
Your online gallery stays available for a generous period after the event. We will share the exact timeline with your delivery details.
